Crash reports are available 24-48 hours after the crash occurs.

To locate a report you can search using any of these criteria:

To locate a report you can search using any of these criteria:
- Report Number: Enter the report number with capital letters along with dashes between the numbers. (ex: CG17-0000)
OR
- Date of Crash: Enter the date the crash occurred using this format: MM/DD/YYYY
- Driver's Name: Enter the last name of one of the drivers. *Complete last names are required when specifying the last name of one of the drivers. (ie. "Smith" will not return reports with "Smithson")
- Street Name: Enter the street name. *Partial names are allowed when specifying street name. (ie. "Center" will return reports with "Centerview Street"
