The Town of China Grove has six departments managed by a Town Manager. All departments are conveniently located throughout the Town.

The Administration and Finance departments are located in the Municipal Building. The Public Works Department is located on Salisbury Street. Both Fire and Police headquarters are centrally located in downtown China Grove on Main Street.
