Every third Saturday in July, nearly 35,000 people visit China Grove to enjoy live entertainment on three stages, sample hundreds of craft and homemade food booths, participate in special children's games and activities, and attend an evening street dance. This tradition, more than two decades old, is sponsored by the China Grove Board of Trade. This large-scale annual event is carefully orchestrated by dedicated citizens and business representatives, to enable area residents to experience the true spirit of China Grove.
Farmers Day 2008 will be taking on a fresh, new look and layout for craft and food vendors to display their items and goodies! The Farmers Day Committee hopes to bring even more excitement to this already fun-filled day. Activities will last throughout the evening and conclude with the annual street dance and fireworks show.
